Cannes -- Cannes is situated in the south of France on the famous French Riviera. In the west you can find the resorts of St Tropez and St Raphael, and further away the cities of Marseille and Toulon, while Nice lies some 24km (15 miles) to the east. Nice Côte d'Azur (NCE) is the nearest airport.

Cannes is very famous around the world for its Film Festival and for its Cannes Lions Festival. It is a very luxurious city and has as a principal source the tourism.
